Terms & Conditions
I. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS
We will not accept any refunds, returns, and cancellations after you have sent your proof of payment.
II. PAY ON TIME
Please settle your payment within 5 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ORDER FORM. Exceptions may be made if your excuse is valid, however there is an additional P20 charge for every exceeding day. Failure to comply with our conditions will tag you as a bogus buyer
III. BOGUS BUYERS WILL BE POSTED
We reserve the right to post your name and account under our list of bogus buyers if we find you guilty as charged.
IV. SHIPPING ISSUES
We will not be held liable for any shipping delays or other issues regarding shipping. If your item gets lost, we will not be held responsible. We will only send all the necessary shipping details (tracking number, courier) and it’s up to you to discuss with the courier regarding the issues on the shipment. To avoid this issue, please be sure to provide your COMPLETE ADDRESS upon filling up your order form.
